Kept telling it was because we ordered lobster, although some of the other tables had lobster around us and they got theres. I ordered my steak med well and it came back rare. The waitress was so busy that she never checked back with us so I could let her know. Didnt see her again until we were waiting for our bill. I still had my steak on my plate uneaten. She did offer to take back and cook longer but after taking an hour and a half already, and my husband was done eating, I just declined. She offered to take my meal off, but was still charged 12.00 for the salad bar! I would have thought they would have just taken my whole meal off. The waitress was very nice, i just think she was overwhelmed with having to serve the whole waiting room. I blame this on the restaurant....they should have more help. Our party of four all ordered the prime rib. We all agreed it was good but not great. Mine had a crazy large amount of fat right in the center, which I've never experienced before. I still had plenty to eat, but the edible part was much smaller than my dinner mates'. Hashbrowns were dry and barely warm, but since it was so busy, we let it go. Our waitress was stellar as she was serving a large amount of tables and did it well with a pleasant demeaner. For the price, I'd say it was a good deal, but it could be better with a nicer cut of meat and a closer eye on the sides. Read more Read less
